OUR PROCESS

Flooring / Surface Protection

Your floors and walkways are important to you, which means they are also important to us.

  • We lay drop cloths or rosin paper under any surface before priming or painting.

  • We cover any furniture in the room with plastic while sanding.

  • We don’t mind moving large furniture pieces; however, we ask that all shelves, tables, dressers, and countertops be cleared of any breakable items before we arrive.

Air Quality

While on-site, we run a commercial grade air purifier. The purifier has a four-stage filtration system that helps absorb and neutralize a wide range of odors and dust particles. Our HEPA filter removes 99.97% of 0.3 micron-sized particles.

Surface Patching

We fill all nail holes, cracks, or dents on all surfaces we paint. This consists of using a double coat of a drywall mud compound and sanding. For surfaces needing extensive repair, we remove and replace any damaged drywall tape and triple coat with a drywall mud compound.

Priming

We prime any water spots, cracks, or holes that we previously filled with drywall compound, so that these spots do not show through on the top coat of the new paint.

Painting

  • We work with you to select the best paint color choice. Our recommendations include high-quality and reputable products, suitable for your needs.

  • When changing paint colors, we use a minimum two-coat process. Before choosing a new color, we can put up a sample paint option for you to approve.
